Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Symbiosis as a Factor of Asteraceae Species Invasion

چکیده
Invasive weeds of the Asteraceae family are widespread in world. Arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) is one main factors contributing to successful distribution these species that most clearly manifested subfamily Asteroideae. The benefits plant-AMF symbiosis significant under unfavorable biotic and abiotic conditions. specificity relationship between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) communities plants determined at presymbiotic stage. AMF colonization level higher invasive than native ones, but associated with less diverse. invaders often include fewer common (e.g., belonging Diversisporales). This review could be useful development practical recommendations for use AMF-based fertilizers.

Modelling Ammonium Transporters in Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Symbiosis
The Stochastic Calculus of Wrapped Compartments (SCWC) is a recently proposed variant of the Stochastic Calculus of Looping Sequences (SCLS), a language for the representation and simulation of biological systems. In this work we apply SCWC to model a newly discovered ammonium transporter. This transporter is believed to play a fundamental role for plant mineral acquisition, which takes place i...
متن کاملTHE SYMBIOSIS EFFECT OF VESICULAR-ARBUSCULAR MYCORRHIZA ON GROWTH OF POA BULBOSA (BULBOS BLUE GRASS)
Inoculation experiments were carried out in pot culture to determine the effects of VA fungi on the growth of Poa bulbosa. In this experiment, four treatments were used: 1. Strile soil without inoculation, 2. Strile soil plus inoculum, 3. Natural soil plus inoculum, and 4. Natural soil without inoculation. Inoculum was prepared from a suspension of mycorrhizal roots of Poa plants (Root c...
متن کاملInvestigating Effects of a Prescribed Spring Fire on Symbiosis between Mycorrhiza Fungi and Range Plant Species
Fire is one of the incorporate vegetation management practices for grasslands and semi-arid rangelands. It may affect symbiotic relationship between range plants and mycorrhiza. Accordingly, this research was aimed to investigate the effects of a spring prescribed fire on the symbiotic relationships between mycorrhiza and 6 plant species. The study was conducted in a semi-arid steppe rangeland ...
متن کاملArbuscular mycorrhiza Symbiosis Induces a Major Transcriptional Reprogramming of the Potato SWEET Sugar Transporter Family
Biotrophic microbes feeding on plants must obtain carbon from their hosts without killing the cells. The symbiotic Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi colonizing plant roots do so by inducing major transcriptional changes in the host that ultimately also reprogram the whole carbon partitioning of the plant. AM fungi obtain carbohydrates from the root cortex apoplast, in particular from the periar...
متن کاملArbuscular mycorrhiza-specific signaling in rice transcends the common symbiosis signaling pathway.
Knowledge about signaling in arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbioses is currently restricted to the common symbiosis (SYM) signaling pathway discovered in legumes. This pathway includes calcium as a second messenger and regulates both AM and rhizobial symbioses. Both monocotyledons and dicotyledons form symbiotic associations with AM fungi, and although they differ markedly in the organization of...
